Privacy Policy

    TransferIQ is a fee comparison tool. We do not process payments, hold funds, or store sensitive financial information.
  

1. Information We Collect

TransferIQ collects minimal data necessary to operate the app:

Usage data: Anonymous click events (e.g., which provider links you tap) to improve the comparison experience.
Device data: General device type and OS version, collected automatically by Expo and standard mobile analytics.
No account data: We do not currently require account registration. No name, email, or password is collected.

2. How We Use Your Information

To track which provider links are clicked (aggregated, not individually identifiable).
To improve fee data accuracy and app performance.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

The app displays comparison data and referral links to third-party services including Binance, Bybit, OKX, Wise, and Revolut. When you tap a referral link and visit those platforms, their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties.

We use Supabase as our backend database provider. Data stored in Supabase is subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.

4. Referral Links

TransferIQ uses affiliate/referral links for some providers. If you sign up through these links, we may receive a referral reward from the provider at no cost to you. This does not affect the fee data or rankings displayed in the app.

5. Data Retention

Anonymous click event data is retained for up to 12 months for analytics purposes and may be deleted at any time upon request.

6. Children's Privacy

TransferIQ is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the data we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
